Kohaku

A mysterious young man and one of the Eight Leaves; he has lost his memories after contracting an inexplicable illness that is rampant in the Imperial Capital, Tokyo.

He came to stay at Darius's mansion after being sheltered there just as he was on the verge of being captured by the military.

He has a cheerful, unpretentious personality and adores the protagonist, Azusa Takatsuka—who offered to look after him—calling her "Goddess." He is dexterous and eagerly handles chores around the mansion, earning him the deep trust of Rude. He gets along well with Masatora and often acts in tandem with him.

At times, however, he struggles with the anguish of being a Tsukiyami (a being possessed by darkness).
