The Fifth Star General of W.I.S.E. Tasked with regional security, his role is to annihilate anyone who poses a threat to the organization.

He is short-tempered and belligerent; because he is prone to executing anyone who displeases him, he is shunned even by his own allies and subordinates—though, in fairness, very few members of W.I.S.E. harbor any affection for their comrades, so he is not the only one to be ostracized.

While he possesses the sharp intellect required of a high-ranking officer—including the keen observational skills needed to discern the nature and weaknesses of an opponent’s PSI—his absolute, unwavering confidence in his own "Dust-Blaster" ability often leads him to take inefficient, reckless actions. Ultimately, he has become the embodiment of a one-track-minded fool who lives by the philosophy that "the best defense is a good offense."
