Mayoko Okino

A beautiful girl who transferred into Kujo's class. She's actually a witch who's been watching over Western Japan for a very, very long time, and now certain events have made her come to Tokyo. She patrols the Tokyo skies on a deck brush. But she often feels that patrolling is beneath her and gets bored easily; when she's not in the mood she forces her pet cat, Koban, to do all the busy work.
